Wind tunnel model and tunnel equipment design is a highly specialised area. Knowledge of wind tunnel testing is an important attribute to creating components capable of withstanding the loads induced by the various methods of testing.

CAD has become the most important tool in the design department and NAM has a variety of CAD systems to help develop the drawings required, including Solidworks, AutoCAD and Mechanical Desktop

With the aid of these systems we develop the design work required and also interact with an exchange of electronic information with our customers.

Drawings, Surface Geometry, Solid Models and FEA are all services and design techniques we utilise for design and presentation.

Our design services are offered as an integral part of a “Design and Manufacture” package, or as a “Design Only” service.
